True Prayer
Throughout the ages we have been making a spiritual effort to realize conscious union with our God. This can only be accomplished through true prayer.
True Prayer is following the directions given by our way-shower as written in Matt. 6:6
"...when you pray, enter into your inner chamber
and lock the door, and pray to your Father who is in secret, and your father who sees in secret shall himself reward you openly."

Meditation is focusing on a thought and the method we use to enter the Silence.
The purpose of the silence is to quiet and still the activity of our day in order that the
"...still small voice..." may be heard. For in the silence Spirit speakes Truth to us and just
that Truth of which we have asked and stand in need.
